Statutory consolidation, Reference 99-02, integration of foreign subsidiaries.
The Contexte
Within an industrial group on the West facade (turnover> € 300 million), in a development of international activity, the group’s financial management wanted to outsource the statutory consolidation work. KENCE has been selected to consolidate the group.
The Problematic
- Organization of file transmission and remote work,
- Treatment of changes in scope and exchange rate issues,
- Transmission of knowledge to the finance team.
The project
- Project team: 1 KENCE consultant in interaction with the accounting teams, the group finance department and the statutory auditors.
- Creation of a consolidation tool in Excel allowing to manage changes in scope and currency effects,
- Annual statutory consolidation.
